Arrival Story:
Toby is actually owned by the family I live with, but I still consider him my own :) He was adopted as a puppy through a rescue group called PAL Rescue, and was several months old when I came to live here. I constantly am supervising him and his sister, who get into a lot of trouble but are also extremely loving and adorable.
Bio:
He's not a purebred Australian Cattle Dog -- I see some traits of Golden Retriever in him, even though in his sister I see fewer. He loves running around the house when Ileen (his primary owner) gets home and jumping. He is very wary of new people and it takes a while for him to get used to someone new. When he recognizes someone, however, he is as friendly as can be. He loves being held in someone's arms like a cat or a baby, and he often runs and jumps over the arms of couches, curls into a ball, or lies on his back to get his chest scratched like a cat would. I wonder if he is also part cat.
