Likes: snacks from the litter box, being towel-dried, getting to pre-wash the dishes
Pet-Peeves: V-E-T- (don't say it, you'll upset him) other dogs sniffing him too much
Favorite Toy: squeaky balls, tug rope
Favorite Food: EVERYTHING! He is such a chowhound.
Favorite Walk: Clackamette Cove
Best Tricks: spin! And roll over is cute too.
Arrival Story: I adopted him from Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) of Tucson, AZ. I was visiting my sister at the time. He was half-price because he'd been there since Jan 6th- the same day Ginger disappeared. I've been saying I'd get my next dog from a kill shelter and save a life, so I decided to put my money where my mouth is! It was quite stupid and impulsive of me to get a dog, when I didn't even have a ride home yet- I was intending to fly, but couldn't afford to ship him so we had to hitchhike. But it turned out great- an awesome truck driver gave us a ride the whole way.
Bio: Bruno is turning into a SUPER agility dog! We started training in May 2012, hopefully will have our first agility title within a year!
Explaining the Motto:: Bruno is a muttley mutt- I have no clue about his true parentage. DNA tests comes up with odd and unrealistic combos. (Chihuahua, Deerhound, Shar Pei-Huh?) But several people have told me he looks like an Australian Kelpie, including one owner/exhibitor of working Kelpies (who owns the agility barn we go to), so we've decided he can be an Honorary Kelpie!
