Rescued as a "special needs" dog from Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue
Bio:
Spinner has a BC brother, Keifer, and 3 feline siblings. Spin was born with severe hip dysplasia in both rear hips. The right one has been fixed and his humans are hoping to get his left fixed soon. He also developed epilepsy around his second birthday, but this is being controlled with medication.
