Arrival Story:
We wanted to adopt a jack russell terrier, but every one we found on petfinder.com was taken or they didn't answer our application, or they were too far away. When we heard of an adoption fair being held at Petsmart we decided to go. We looked at all the jack russell there but they were to young. When we were ready to give up we saw sookie just sitting in her crate with other puppies. We were smitten when she came up to us and furiously wagged her tail. What a great decision! She is such a good dog! She loves everyone. She's mellow but playful. And that tail doesn't stop wagging! We aren't sure why she was at a shelter. And can't imagine why someone would give her up.
