Arrival Story: Bella used to be Becky (name was changed the day we got her)
Bella used to belong to a woman who no longer wanted her, my husband called and asked if we wanted another dog! He said if we didn't take her her owner was going to take her to the pound. I couldn't let Bella be taken to the pound, she hadn't really been well taken care of she used to be shut in a room all day and used the bathroom wherever (mostly in the bedroom) and was punished because of it. She was 6 months old when we got her and was never taken to the vet, so that was the very first thing we did before even bringing her home. Luckily she was in very good health.
We were a little worried because she was female and we have a female Scottie but they get along very well and they both have fun playing ALL day!!
Bella has fit in to our family very well, after a little potty training, we still have a little way to go with the training and the chewing but she is adapting very well. She is very happy to be a part of our family and everyone seems to love her just as much.
