How January Is Propelled To Spring

How January Is Propelled To Spring

Chill January’s snow falls thick and fast
Propelled by blinding blizzard’s biting blast,
So soft white blankets bind the earth for days,
Though spring means drifts shall not lie long nor last.

Bleak January’s rain falls hard and long
Impelled by fierce Atlantic gales, full strong
So even mighty oaks bow in their wake
Till fury fades to calm in spring’s sweet song.

Wild January’s storms shall shed their sting,
Repelled by sun, as winter spins to spring,
So kinder, temperate breezes gently blow
To melt the snow, that all the fields can sing.

Mean January’s curse will never stay,
Dispelled by hopes of ever-lengthening day,
So gardens don spring coats of cheerful hues
As colour’s charm returns where all was grey.

Cruel January’s cloak of white shall yield,
Compelled to turn to green in springtime’s field,
So leaping lambs can clothe the hills again
And cattle quit the comfort of the bield.

Grim January’s gloom will end, by mirth
Expelled, as warmth returns to cheer the earth,
So birds will nest and leaves begin to spring
And dormant buds burst, bearing brand-new birth.

Harsh January’s coldness is compelled
To change, as dismal drabness is expelled.
Repelled by spring, impelled, the frost must flee;
So, doubts dispelled, to warmth we are propelled.

Not a happy girl today ........... Mum put me out in the rain, how dare she :( It has been raining hard all night & day.
I hadn't been out since last night and just after my dinner which was 5pm, mum shouted to me to go out for to my business. I looked at her & she could tell that I was annoyed with her. In the end I went out. I tried to hide under the gutters but the rain was still getting me grrrrrrrrrrrr. So in the end quickly ran on the grass did my #1 & tried to run in. Mum said NO BELLA go & do the rest. I ran round the corner of the house & mum came round & watched me to make sure I that I did my #2. OMD do you know mum it's raining, I am doing it can you go away now so I can do it in peace. What are our pawrents like.
If she thinks I'm going out again she has another thing coming. If it stops raining maybe then lol.

Have a great day
Love happy Bella now in the house

The Christmas Gift of Knowing You

The Christmas season fills our hearts with joy;
Bright, happy days bring special kinds of pleasure.
We're wrapped in the excitement of it all,
The sights, the sounds, the smells, the tastes we treasure.

Yet when we have some quiet time to think
About our finest blessings all year through,
We focus on our family and our friends,
And appreciate the gift of knowing you!

I wasn't to well for just a few days, then I was back to myself for a day.
Last night I started again to feel poorly so Mum & dad took me to the vets to get checked out. The vet said I have a bug & on Antibotics. Paws cross that they work.
I have to go back in a couple of days so that I can get checked again.
Please pray for me to Get Well.

Paw hugs to you all

OMD got 2 stressed dogs that are so frightened of fireworks.
Not even Bonfire night until the 5th November & they are starting already with them. Just wish some humans have respects for animals.
Fireworks should be BANNED except for organisations that do it proper.
Not a happy mum at the moment grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
