Arrival Story: UQzJnaEQ Gus came to us as a stray and we are serving as his Foster family until his real home is found. He's so totally fantastic with the other dogs and cats. We seldom meet dogs with such sweet dispositions. He barely knew any obedience and is catching on remarkably fast. Even though people say the older dogs get the harder it is for them to learn, not true I think. We just found his motivator: food :)

Well I was kinda weirded out by my first week. I'd been outdoors for awhile and then there was the shelter after that. Now I'm like in this house and people expect things from me? But I figured out that they just want me to fall into the pack and play and get fed and stuff. Which I'm pretty cool with. And occasionally I have to sit before I get treats, which seems to make my foster moms real happy so what the heck. When in Rome...
I just wish the cats would play with me :( I mean I'm a nice guy, what's wrong with a little sniffing? They smell so fascinating! I just can't help myself. But whatever, if that's how they want. (I'm not gonna stop trying though)
