Something's wrong with Mommy!

There is something most definitely wrong with my Mommy!!! She's getting FAT!! I see her tummy getting bigger and bigger.. Daddy keeps rubbing it and acting all wierd about it.. and Thor sure is on ultra high alert whenever ANYONE comes to the door, always barking.. that annoying bark! Wonder what's up.. guess time will tell...

The summer is HOT! Thor told me it'd be hot, but I didn't believe him.. I keep knocking over our water bowls after Mommy leaves us to go to work, and that makes Thor really mad, because then we don't have anything to drink. I'm getting good at pointing at the bird wing dad tied to the fishing pole and throws around the yard.. Soon I'll be ready to go out and find me some real birds, they sure smell GOOD!

12 days after surgery

Yeah!!!! Today is my 12th day after my eye surgery.. And today.. Oh I'm sooo excited to tell you... today we went back to the vet.. she's such a nice lady.. She came out to see me in the lobby and said I was doing soo good.. and then we went into the back and she kept petting me and saying how good my eyes were looking.. she took out the stitches under my eyes and took that pesky cone off my head!!!! Mommy had to wait in the lobby while all this happened.. and on the car-ride home, we stopped by Starbucks and the lady in the drive-thru said I was such a pretty boy! And Mommy finally let me put my head out the window again.. I love doing that! Can't wait for Daddy to come home and see me... And finally I get to play with my big brother, Thor.. We've already been wrestling around the backyard and inside the house.. Mommy got mad at us for wrestling in the house when she was on a conference call with work.. Well I'm pooped now.. too much excitement already this morning.. I'm gonna take a nap now!!! PS: I'm looking GOOD!

3 days after surgery

Well I'm feeling up to writing a new diary... I had my BIG surgery on Monday... I've been wearing this stupid cone around my head since Monday so I'm not all sure of what my doctor did to me.. But I think there's something missing between my back legs.. But I won't really know until I can sniff around down there.. And this CONE!!! It SUCKS!!! I can't scratch and rub my eyes anymore.. but come to think of it.. they don't hurt anymore like they used to.. Mommy keeps putting goopy stuff in my eyes so they don't get dried out, and looking at me and telling me my eyes are so pretty.. But I've noticed that I'm not crying all day anymore.. Thank you MOMMY for getting me fixed up!!! Now let me run around and play.. I'm tired of having to sit here and try to be a good boy.. Thor gets to run around and do whatever he wants to.. I'm all better now Mommy.. (I don't think she's getting it!).. Oh well.. Mommy said that I get to go back to my doctor tomorrow for a check-up appointment!

Daddy left again today for a week at work, so its just Thor and I here to protect Mommy and Lightning and guard the house... And no matter what Thor says, I'm NOT annoying! I just love my big brother so much and want to snuggle with him, why he doesn't like it when I lay on him when he's sleeping I don't know.

Mommy made my appointment with the doctor for the 31st. I guess I'm going to be losing my "boy bits" and I'm finally getting my eye's fixed. You see, I have a condition called "Entropian" meaning that there's extra skin on my eyes and my eyelids fold in against my poor eyes. Which makes them itch and burn and my eyes weepy, all the time. Mommy and Daddy have been taking such good care of me since I was just 8 weeks old, and finally they are able to get me all fixed up, the vet wouldn't do the surgery until I was 5 months old, which I just turned on the 21st. YEAH! I'll let you all know how my surgery goes after its over, I expect to be a sexy devil soon!
