From the Breeder

Introduction

Hello world, meet Sassy! Or as we like to call her, Sassy Pants. Miss Sassy was surrendered from a breeder, but luckily she was never used for breeding and was kept as a "pet" instead.
Right now Miss Sassy Pants is settling in to her new foster home, so we only have an initial read on her. She is really sweet and likes to snuggle and is doing pretty well at house training already, although she doesn't enjoy being crated right now (we will work on that with visits from the treat fairy!)
Miss Sassy will become up to date on her shots, will be spayed and will be tested for parasites/worms on Monday. We also hope to get her teeth cleaned and get her nails trimmed back because they look anything BUT sassy right now.
It appears Miss Sassy was not fed very good food as her coat came in dull and flakey and she doesn't have a lot of hair on her ears and tail. We will fix that by applying baby lotion to promote circulation for hair growth and will also feed her a high quality dog food. Her current foster mom recommends anything 4stars or higher :) We don't know if she has a grain or a meat allergy, so only time and kibble testing will tell.
