We did short-term fosters (weekends, day trips) on and off over the course of a year and when we bought our new house Roscoe was adopted as well.

We constantly wonder what Roscoe is a mix of. Basset hound is for certain due to height, length and his legs, not to mention that's what the vet says. Everyone who meets him has an opinion and those include: american bulldog, pitt bull, plott hound, boxer...

Mommy Home Today!

Mommy get to spend weekday home with me! (Oh, and other kiddies too.) Day started off so awesome! Daddy left and Mommy took me and brother Reggie and visiting dog Toby out to yard. We played in new sun and new snow. I caught sticks and played tag with Reggie. Toby bark at us. Then Mommy walk all three of us around trail in woods. Wow! Life is good. So many animal tracks to smell in new snow. I even found the Red Squirrel tracks though me not see him. So much to mark! I don't get how Mommy manage 3 of us on leashes but she do ok. All this fun before breakfast even. And breakfast sooo good afterwards I not chew much. Now I going to take nap on recliner in sun and have good dreams. Can't wait to wake up and see what we going to do next.
