The swelling has gone down completely in my leg and I am using it normally. Mom made a vet appointment for another x-ray a week from Fri to see where we are with my cancer. I am eating a lot of good things like roast beast, chicken breasts and ground chuck burgers. Mom is cooking for me every night :) I am taking my codeine pain pills every 12 hours and don't seem to be in any pain. Please continue to pray for me!! *Hugs and slobbers*
I have been limping for awhile now. I have hip dysplasia and arthritis and have been treated with pain pills, NSAIDS, glucosamine supplements, and then injectable Adequan. The Adequan seemed to work! I was running and chasing squirrels again! :) The a week ago tomorrow I started to refuse to use my right back leg. Non weight bearing completely. So off to the vet I go where I was diagnosed with bone cancer, This is not a good diagnosis at all. Normally they would amputate the leg and do chemo. At my age they think its not going to give me any quality of life, so they have decided to make me comfy and spoil me rotten for as long as I have left, I am getting a lot of good food, roast beast, roasted turkey breast, cheeseburgers, hamburgers, baked chicken breasts and tomorrow maybe even more roast beast! Mom and Dad are trying to be positive, but I see Moms eyes getting leaky when she talks to me. :( I still like to go for rides and chew on bully sticks! Mom is trying to be as normal as she can be for me and believe me, being normal comes a little hard for Mom BOL
