Arrival Story:
I found Zoe in a reputable pet shop days after having had a horrible automobile accident with my older male, Fritz, who was killed and died before our eyes. It was a devastating experience for us, one we will never forget. We have always felt Zoe is Fritz's angel as she is a carbon copy of him in looks and personality. Now, 8 years later, she is very ill with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis which is a slowly progressive lung disease and already showing it's horrific signs and symptoms with a nasty cough, wheezing and exercise intolerance. Zoe is my little athlete and has always enjoyed playing ball and she is quite good at it. She is very quick, agile and exact. She maneuvers around all the other dogs like a pro. Now, she can barely catch her breath. This is truly devastating me and I pray to God every single day that he spare her life as she is so loved and needed by not only us but also her mate, Zack and her three siblings. They are a very close pack.
