Arrival Story:
Toby came to us at 7 months old through westie rescue. He was with a family who cared for him, but could no longer justify keeping him in a crate for 8 hours a day while they were at work. This sweet little boy has so much energy and life that the thought, to this day, of him spending all day in a crate still makes me sad.
