His squeeky dog which is as long as he is.

He eats everything except tomatoes and mushrooms. Bear loves steamed veggies.
Favorite Walk:
Anywhere he can go without his leash, mainly our 5 acres.

Dancing for a treat.
Arrival Story:
My grandson wanted to get me a dog so my kids took him out to get me one. They found bear and thought I would just love him. Although I always wanted a Basset hound they thought he was just right according to size.
Well they were all right, as I fell in love with Bear and found he was also an abused 5 month old puppy.
The poor thing was skiddish of everything you'd pick up, from a newspaper (rolled up or not), a magazine, a broom or even my walking cane.
He's almost 6 years old now and he still gets a little skiddish but I love him to death. I even told him he better outlive me cause I wouldn't know what to do without him.
Being disabled we're together alot all day, he's my shadow and he talks to me all the time, lol. I love it cause when he sleeps he has dreams and makes little barking sounds.
