Vacuum cleaners (so loud!), and when the cat climbs inside the kitchen cabinets. This drives me crazy, so I bark at him to express how displeased I am.

Anywhere, I just love to walk. Especially if you're walking me towards my brother's house!
Best Tricks:
I'll sit and lay down, but only if you have something tasty. Sometimes mom holds her hand like she has a treat when she really doesn't. Mommy is a dirty liar sometimes, but I still love her.
Arrival Story:
My brother is actually the one who originally became interested in shiba inus. He decided that he really liked the breed (he didn't want a clingy dog, and since shibas are supposed to be "cat-like" he figured they were perfect). I began my internet search for a breeder that was reputable, and eventually found a woman in Kansas who seemed perfect. She was incredibly chatty, and I spent hours on the phone with her before we decided she was our breeder. During the months while I searched for shibas for my brother, I fell in love with the breed and decided I had to have one too.
I already have two cats that ignore me most of the time, and luckily Mia is very friendly and affectionate (almost like a normal dog! *gasp*).
