Merry Christmas to All!

Just wanted to wish everyone out there a Merry Christmas!
I'm looking forward to some snowy weather and snuggle sessions by the fire!
Once again we will have "stinky" puppies over the holidays....I won't bother them so hopefully they will let me alone too! I guess they are cute and all that but I don't like the extra atention they get....my mommy tells me that I'm her baby boy still but I still don't want those little rug rats around!
I'll be a good boy though because Santa is coming and I don't want to blow it!

Spring Time

I am happy it's is Spring! I get to go out and play ball more now with my humans! My leg is much better since my injury this past Winter in the snow. I'm a crazy bot once they get those tennis balls out! I have about 10 tennis balls laying all over the yard. My humans don't understand my placement of them and keep moving them every time they mow! So I just go right back out and scatter them every where! Oh, life is good!
I get to visit a local nursing home on a regular basis now. I was originally going to visit my "pappy" but so many of the residents fell in love with me that I know have quite the following. My human can't visit without me because they complain if I'm not with her. I get to go to physical therapy with them! They really enjoy that! It takes theri minds off the hrad stuff and makes the time go by faster! I love it!

Recovery

Yes, I am doing sooo much better. I have my days when I can feel a little bit of discomfort. Of course, it's worse when "mom" is around! She buys into every time and I get so much more special attention! Life is good!

A Slow Recovery

Another day goes by and I'm still not 100%. I really did a job on my muscles. The thing my humans don't know is that it's not as bad as I'm letting on!! My human mom has slept with me on the big chair that last 4 nights and I'm loving it! I get to watch the Tonight Show and get special attention all the time. THey even bring me my food and water! This is the life! I did start my rehab. therapy today.....it was "ok". I didn't mind too much. It was just more one on one time with mom!

Snow Injury

i just love this snow BUT today wasn't a good day....i went out to play my favorite game of fetch and seemed to have pulled a muscle in my back leg. it's very uncomfortable. my humans are giving me all sorts of attention so this might be "bad" for awhile. i wish i was only faking it because it really does hurt. i need to take it easy until this gets better which really sucks since i really would love to go and run thru the fields. i guess i'll just kick back and snuggle with everyone until this gets better.....

Stinkin' Puppies

i realize that we all start out as puppies but what i don't understand is why i have to like them once i'm no longer one myself! they are so.......lively and energetic and always want my humans attention. i love to growl at the little buggers and laugh to myself when they run the other way! there is this one little brat who insists on playing with me. she doesn't seem to be fazed by my growling at all. to make matters worse, i think she is staying!
