I'm an old girl, I'm second dog here at my forever home.I'm loved very much and I love my peepole. But for a while I was having a hard time getting up and down.I was sleeping almost all the time.I was tired. I was always a chowhound.Never missed to many meals, ever. I loved treats and peepole food. But for a while I did'nt feel like eating much. It took everything I had to get up and go out. I never pottied in the house. I never chewed up stuff. I like to bark at cats and peepole. But lately I was just too tired.

So mom took off work this day to take me to see Dr. Current my pups doctor to see if I was sick or something. I'm not much on seeing the vet,so he slipped me a pups xanax or something. He took some X-Rays and saw my heart was the size of a pumpkin. Mom had left me at the vets and went to the Walmart place for some stuffs. Dr.Current called her and told her about my too big heart. He said I was sick but might just live for a while longer. So mom headed back to the office.

Well...Here comes the way to strange part. Dr. Current was rolling me over on my side to give me a shot when the lights got very very bright and I felt like a pups again. I was someplace where the air was sweet, the grass was green and there was pups everywhere. I saw a black Scottie dog running up to me. I saw another Black muttly dog who was named Zuki. All kinds of pups knew who I was. I was Maddie from that Dogster thing.I knew then I must be at that Rainbow Bridge.I could look down and see my Mom and Dad had leaky eye's. They were petting me and hugging me in the vets office.I was just laying there. Maddie had left and gone to the Bridge. My old furry body was left behind.I'm going to go gets some meats now. I will let you all know more about the bridge later!!!!

This is Maddies dad. Maddie passed away this day from massive heart attack. The vet felt she would live for a while if we could get the fluid out of her lungs. She died on his table. We will miss her so much. She was not 2nd dog.She was a great dog!!

Me, Madison are 12 years old today!!! I've had the 12 best years a pups could ever have. Same furever home the whole time. Good foods every day,(No meatz though).Got a big soft bed right in the living room where it's warm in the winter, cool in the summer. I've got a nice fenced-in yard with outside toys all over. But the best thing I have is human peopoles that love me a lot!! Mom, Dad and sister humans. I gets petted all the time, treats. Some peopole food,I used to get more than I got too fat.
I've got it good for an old mutt.

I really had it made for 10 years till one day mom and dad came home with a little furball named Sophie.Shes a Schnauzer not a muttly like me. We are the bestest of pup-pals. We both like to bark so I liked her right off. She leaves my foods alone because shes a pick eater.I have to protect her in the yard because she barks at everyone up at the fence. I guess I learned her how to do that.Anyhow we are great friends,Even if she pulls my ears.

Now that i'm getting up there in pups years I'm really thankful for for the good life I got. I'm gray and like to sleep alot. I hope im around for a while more.I'm a happy pups!!
