Now that I'm almost deaf in both ears, it's hard to know when people are calling me. I can hardly see due to my cataracts so everything seems like shadow blobs to me...very scary too when something passes me quickly and I don't know if it's close by or not, so my first instincts, Flinch! =O Turns out, most people walk a good 2 feet away so I won't get startled and blow my face to get my attention. =) I still love to eat and always want more chicken and rice after I ate the entire bowl.

My mommy had to put me on a diet since I have been eating too much, but I can't help it...I LOVE my food!

My mommy took me to the groomers and the groomers gave me an A++ for being so well behaved! Now, I have shorter hair and cleaner gums/a couple of teeth. More adventures to come!

PS. I'll tell you ancient stories of my puppyhood next time..

No More Teethhh...=O

My birthday past and I am officially 15 years old which is 105 in dog years. I recently got 5 teeth pulled because it was hurting my gums. The good thing about getting my teeth pulled is that I get yumming canned foods now. =) Before I would eat dry food because my mommy said I would build up too much tarter. Eating is now my favorite activity (next to sleeping) !

Throughout the day I love to scope out my bowl to see if Mommy or possibly Santa left me any goodies. If there's none, I simply lick my bowl clean and protest for more food by pushing it to the other side of the room. That should get someone's attention!

Now that 105, I've lost most of my hearing and my sight is pretty bad. On the flip side, at least I don't get startled when firecrackers get lit or poppers get thrown on the ground from children. =)

That's all for day...time for a long nap again.
