Arrival Story:
Kaizer was born in Festus, MO on November 14th, 2009. I had been searching for a border collie puppy for months and waiting waiting for a litter to be born in Illinois. However I came across an an in our local classifieds for a lady selling some border collie pups that would be ready Christmas Eve. I called the lady and she told me I could come have first pick (they were 3 weeks old). I left a couple hours later and took my friend Jennifer (she was going to pick out a new puppy as well), and we met the littler. Even at 3 weeks that puppies were very social, the breeder was wonderful, she spent a lot of time with them every day. Kaizer was 1 of 4 males and 1 female. He kept coming and climbing into my lap. I fell in love and left a deposit knowing I would come back and pick him up, which I did on Christmas Eve. He hollered and screamed the whole hour drive home but calmed down once we got home and her met his new big sister. He has been the perfect addition ever since.
