walk? you mean on a leash? ha! he just runs around until he gets tired, then comes to the door to come inside!

Arrival Story:
I had a puppy named Sophie Mae for 3 months that I rescued from the Humane Society. She passed away because of a possible birth defect (her intestines didn't work as they should). When I had to have her put to sleep (after a week in the vet and two surgeries), I was beyond heartbroken. Just two days later I went to the Humane Society to see if I could find another baby to love.. and I found Jack. He had been adopted and brought back because their other animals didn't like him...I was quick to snatch him up and bring him home. He helped me through losing Sophie and I love him sooo much!

Bio:
They told me he was a beagle! He got to about the right length.. and then his legs just kept growing and growing! :) 55 lbs later.. we're pretty sure he's a purebred Treeing Walker Coonhound.. :)
