Hello again, it is me, Roxy! I am officially a 19-month old cuddle-bug. My theme song is ‘I just wanna be loved by you, just you, and nobody else but you.’ Unless it is that guy over there. Or that lady who just came in the room. Or…well, you get the picture! My foster mom is having difficulty getting pictures of me because when she leans down with the camera I pop up and run to her lap! I am learning how to play. My two boxer brothers try to tag-team me, one will pull my ears and the other will pull my feet. No matter, I just roll around and grab what I can. I am working on my house training. I do my business when I go outside, but sometimes my foster mom doesn’t see or hear my outside signal. We are learning though and accidents are getting farther and farther apart. I know sit and lie down and am working on shake. I go into my crate willingly for a treat. I am a heavy sleeper and contrary to what you might have heard, I do NOT snore! I have a sweet disposition and I don’t jump and bark like some dogs in this house. I am hoping to find my forever family soon. I will teach my new family how to snuggle me and love me and pet me forever.

Hello world! My name is Roxy and I am new to Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue. I have been with my foster family for a couple of days now and thought it was time that I introduced myself. I am a dainty 50 pound brindle baby girl. I am up to date on my shots and spayed. I have a very calm, peaceful personality. I will stand next to you to be petted and loved as long as you want to cuddle me. I have not had an accident in the house yet but my foster family makes sure that I go out to do my business very regularly. I do not jump on furniture and I am quiet in a crate. Right now, I go into the crate willingly if you sweeten the deal with a yummy treat. I eat my meals next to the other dog in the house and we like to share the kibbles. I get distracted when out for a walk, but am easily corrected. My foster mom says with practice, I will just keep getting better and better. I am a bit bashful but warm up very quickly. I know how to sit and we are working on other obedience commands. If you think you might be interested in getting to know me a bit better, shoot me an email. I love to respond to my fans! Love, Roxy
