Arrival Story:
Bo came to us from a rescue down in Texas. Initially we were going to foster him but he was such a sweetheart that we all fell in love with him and wanted him to stay so we adopted him!

Bio:
Bo came to us with glaucoma but still had vision in one eye. He was put on several different medications and we kept our fingers crossed that it would work and we'd be able to save his vision/eyes. Unfortunately 2 months almost to the day he came to us, he went completely blind and was in alot of pain. After trying many different types of meds for his eyes and working with our vet and a specialist, we were left with few alternatives. In December, Bo had a double enucleation. It was a tough week following the surgery but he is doing very well and quickly adapting to being blind. Sometimes we forget that he is even blind!!
