Arrival Story:
Stevie and his two sisters were all born blind. Because of this, the three of them were dropped off at the county animal shelter where they probably would have been put down. Fortunately, the rescue group that we volunteer (uaaf.org) with got a hold of them, and it didn't take very long before Stevie came to live with us.
Bio:
In spite of his disability, he's a happy dog who loves to play with his chew toys, go for walks, get attention, and play with other pups. He finished puppy kindergarten in the fall and hopefully will be a therapy dog when he grows up. His best buddy around the house is our 10-pound chihuahua Amos, who keeps Stevie in line by nipping his ears.
