Happy Holidaze

Dear friends,

I am traveling in California visiting my Auntie Brooklyn and grandparents this holiday season. I have been to many parties and eating to my stomach's content. Two other special people I've met were my Auntie Skylar and for the first time, my Uncle Hunter. What a treat. I even got to play with Tai Tai and Nemo my dog friends owned by Alex and Ling. I am having a great time but I can't wait to come back to Seattle.

I've been to the dog parks (Fort Funston, Luther Burbank, and MaryMoore) and now I'm up for some newer adventures. How about Tiger Mountain? I hear it's a fun trail. I want to experience seeing the world from the top. Wanna come with me?

A wet seattle day in January ...

Sigh. The clouds are above and I'm not sure whether my owner will take me out to play. We've always gotten to play, but he's busy on the computer... dang nabbit.

Let me stare up a bit and give him my let's-go-out-now look. Ugh. There.

He's moving....oh.. nope... he just turned the tv on. Sigh... Awe...

He's moving again....this time it's his hand...towards my head.... to pet me ... "I love you, Ulysses."

Okay..that's good enough. I'll go back to laying here.

Another month's gone by

Hi everyone,

I am still in California, but I know that soon, my daddy's coming to get me. I don't know how I'll feel because I love my grandpa Ben, too. He's been feeding me, taking me for walks and throwing me the ball. Grandma Rose, is my favorite, too. She lets me go with her to the grocery store. I'll miss the both of them. They let me lay on the couch, although I mess it up with my hair, and they hang out with me all of the time.

In a few weeks, they'll be going to Egypt for a trip and I'll get to stay with my Aunt Lynn who is the mother of Kai and Thai. They're both french bull dogs.

Anyway, we're all having fun and when I get back to Seattle, I'll continue to have fun :)

It's my birthday today!

I'm turning 5 years old today and it's great that Dogster put me in the Birthday Stroll so that visitors can see my page. Do you like what you see? If so, then leave a bone for me.

I'm baaaack!

I'm finally back in the Puget Sound (aka Seattle) from California. I was visiting my Grandparents. While California was nice, it's so good to be home. For example, last Sunday, I visited my friends Daniel and Jenny. They had a party at their house and I got to play with kids and run around the house. Gosh it was so much fun.

I did over exert myself last Tuesday though playing with my favorite ball. I think I jumped really high for a ball and landed hard on my front two paws. The next day I couldn't walk. Instead I lay all day. The next day, strange enough, I was all over my ball playing again. Whew. What a relief. Laying down and doing nothing all day is very boring.

Annual Health Screening

I was reminded how old I was today at my annual health screening. I am five years old and my body is showing it. I gained 2 pounds since my last visit and it made me realize that I need to make sure that my owner takes me running and feeds me only good stuff, like candy bars, potato chips, cookies, and milk. None of this dog food talk. That's what the vet said today and I'm going to make sure I don't eat anything unless it's those things :)

The vet did find some tartar on my teeth; but that's because I was eatting dog food. Eatting those other things will surely take care of it. I'll let you all know what happens.

Playing with Bunker

I'm spending some time with my friends Bunker and Petey this weekend. We all went to Magnuson Beach, even Petey. Petey has a weak leg though and stayed on his leash. Bunker and I, on the other hand, couldn't get enough of the park and ran, and ran, and ran --- all over the park. The sun was out and so were the other dogs. I am surprised that I or Bunker didn't have an incident with another dog as sometimes that's the case. Luck would have it though that we couldn't stay the day and had to go home.

Sigh... I'm tired now and will save my other stories for another day.

A daily diary pick?

Unbelievable, I'm a dogster daily diary pick! I'm overcome with excitement that my tail is wagging back and forth. I've got to go to the park to get my energy out. Luther Burbank is where I hang out. I am going to tell my friends and eh, just everyone! Yeah!
