From Mum and Dad: We had previously given our details to a shelter, to contact us if a Siberian Husky came in. Another shelter got our details and rang us about a male Sibe that had come in. We went to see him the next day, and discovered he had been picked uop wandering. No-one had claimed him and he was due to be ut down the next day. He was super friendly, and got on well with Jesse. He was matted to heck and dirty. We asked them to hold him for a few days so we could think about it and they agreed. The nbext day we rang and said we'd take him. A couple of days later we passed our property check and he was taken to be nuetered. Finally, on the 16th of Dec we brought him home.
I'm so bright, I gotta wear shades...

I escaped today! We went to our friend Blossom's place and Mum shut us in her back yard while she chatted inside to Blossom's Mummy. Jess stole some food from the bag of kibble at the back door, we barked at the neighbour dogs and then the next thing, the nighbour knocked on the door and ratted me out! I either crawled under the fence or jumped it, and chased her kitty across the road and up a tree!
Mum ran out the door and across into the yard I was in, then chased me around and around. Nope, having too much fun! Then she fell down, and when I went to check she was ok, she nabbed me! D'oh! Foiled again :(
I was u nceremoniously chucked in the car, along with Jesse who had been very good and not followed me (Goody Four shoes BOL). Mum wound the windows down then came back about 15 minutes later (don't worry, it's not too hot here).
POor Mum stubbed her little toe chasing me, it bled heaps, so instead of going with her to Nana and Poppa's for dinner and a walk we got left behind :( The few moments of freedom were worth it though!

I had a seizure last night :( We were at Aunty Gill's, a friend who works with Daddy and she looked after me over Xmas. She lives just down the road. Anyway, after dinner, the humans were all sitting aorund chatting, and I was lying on the rug in front of them. Suddenly, I leapt up like I had been stung, and stared at the cut on my side from a biopsy 4 days earlier. Then my front leg started shaking and I collapsed. Daddy caught me, as he has come over to see what had stung me. They took me outside and lay me down. I was gagging like I needed to vomit, so they poured some water down my throat (not sure if that was good or not, but it was all they could think of). It only loasted about 30 seconds. Mum rang the ER vet and then ran up the road to home to get the car. In the meantime, Daddy rang his sister, who is a vet in another city. She said not to take me as there was nothing they would do for a frist seizure. So they cancelled the ER vet. I came out of it pretty quick, but was quite sleepy.
There are 3 things they think might have caused it, or a combination. I have been on pain killers, which may have lowered my blood pressure. I also ran into a plate galss window about 30 mins before and got a bit dazed. Also, I was pulling Crocosmia blubs off Aunty Gill's plant, bting them then spitting them out. So any of those might have caused it. Guess we'll never know unless it happens again, but hopefully it won't.
Mum was very scared and didn't know what to do. She is still very worried it will happen again when Daddy is at work.
