Arrival Story:
We were fostering Tillie for Shih Tzu and Furbaby Rescue. We ended up failing fostering 101, due to the fact that we fell in love with her. Plus she had bonded with our Shih Tzu Oscar. We couldn't bare to separate them.

Bio:
Tillie is almost blind. She just had to have her left eye removed. Her right eye has a large cateract, so she can not see very well. This makes her a little skiddish with new people.
