Quick Bio:

Likes:
Sugar loves to lick. Toes, fingers, chins, ears, whatever's handy. Her tongue is in non-stop motion, trying to smother the world in kisses! Sugar also loves to chew, especially on a good bone, and likes to play with squeeky toys.

Pet-Peeves:
Sugar hates baths. She also hates being moved off the bed to her crate, and will grunt and groan like an old lady while she's dragged off!

Favorite Toy:
anything she can destroy/shred, like a stuffed animal

Favorite Food:
anything. Sugar will eat anything, and she eats so fast, I don't even think she tastes it! She's never met a food she didn't like!

Favorite Walk:
anywhere where she will meet people!

Arrival Story:
I began doing Pit Bull rescue and pulled Sugar from our local pound, where she'd wound up as a stray. After fostering her at our house, we all fell in love with her and decided she was here to stay.

Bio:
Whatever Sugar's past was, it wasn't a kind one. She has several scars from being mistreated - including one from a burn, likely caused by someone putting a cigarette out on her. Sugar doesn't let that get her down though - she is a super sweet, gentle little girl who loves everyone! Sugar is living the life she deserves - one filled with love and fun, where she always has food and a warm bed. She plays with Angel and Gage all day, and gets tons of TLC, and you can tell by the look in her eyes that this little gal really appreciates her second chance. Sugar's a feisty little dog, full of spunk and mischeif, with a great sense of humor. She's not the brightest dog on earth, but she doesn't have a mean bone in her body, and she will put up with a lot. These days, Sugar plays full-time therapy dog to my son, who has autism, and my two full-time, and one part-time special needs foster kiddos. I've never met a more patient, tolerant, gentle dog!!!
