Arrival Story:
I had been looking for a Newfoundland for awhile. My all-time "heart-dog" was my lab/newfy mix Kirby. After an exhaustive amount of research and a trip to a Newfoundland Water Trial in Texas to meet and greet dogs, we made contact with a breeder in the region who had puppies available. He came home with us at 10 weeks old ... a beautiful ball of floof.

Bio:
Obie's full name is "Wilbon's Oberon King of the Bayou" It is a reference to our home near Bayou St. John in New Orleans.. and Oberon from Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream.
