Arrival Story:
Lucky was a stray that showed up one day during the summer of 2007. He was about 9 months old at the time. Lucky was probably dumped, as this is unfortunately very common where I live. It was very rainy here in North Texas, so he was soaking wet when I first saw him. He was scared and not very friendly at first. I left some food out for him, which he ate immediately. He was starving, had no tags, and was heavily infested with parasites. I put an ad in the local paper., but no one ever ever claimed him, so he found a home with me, and has been here ever since.
Bio:
Lucky is definitely part Miniature Schnauzer, and his other half is most likely Am. Cocker Spaniel. He is a very loving dog. He is tolerant of cats, but not of small animals. He's my little exterminator. ;)
Lucky is getting better with other dogs, but is still somewhat aggressive to other dogs he doesn't know. He was attacked by other dogs in December 2009, which didn't help with that. His best dog buddy is Jake, my neighbor's GSD. Jake is very protective of his little buddy and they love to play through the fence. Lucky is still a little unsure about seeing Jake without the fence in between them, but he's gradually warming up to the idea.

A few nights ago, I caught a full-grown rabbit! I haven't caught one in a long time, so I was really excited. I brought to the patio to show Kathryn, and she wasn't too happy. She took it away from me and threw it away. She seemed upset, but I don't know why. She always complains when the stupid rabbits eat the flowers.
