Grooming Day

I really don't like having my nails done, but sometimes it is necessary. Mommy took me and got my nails ground down today. She said Nannie is coming to visit and she has very thin skin. I don't want to hurt her with my sharp nails,so I guess getting my nails trimmed isn't so bad. Later Mommy also gave me a little hair trim. It's almost Christmas, so I've got to look my best! I like looking nice. Now it's time to ask for a treat and relax for the evening.

My Birthday

Today I am one year old! My family has been really super loving today. They got me a new toy, it looks like a monkey with a rope for its body. It squeaks!! I love it. They also got me some Cesar softy treats. Yum!! I love Cesar food! I even got a cupcake..specially made to be safe for me, they said. I like this birthday thing. Now I'm going to curl up in my favorite corner and take a nap for a while. Life is good!
