The Perfect Day

Today was the bestest day ever! Kuya Mikkel (my human's brother) surprised me by letting me ride his car, which is such a treat! And it was just me, no other doggies were invited. It was so fun. I was horrified though because when the car stopped, we were at the vet!!!!! Oh no!! But I was only there to have my nails done! Whew! I loved walking on my newly trimmed paws. Then Kuya took me to Ateneo, which is this huuuge university near our house, with lots and lots of trees and open fields. There were so many new smells! I walked around a little while Kuya sat and read. Then I sat next to him and we both contemplated the meaning of life. Then Kuya walked me around the campus. I thought the day was over but then the best was yet to come! I got to go far away and pick up my human from her summer job!! Boy, was she surprised when she got in the car and saw me there too! When I got home, I couldn't wait to tell everyone about all the things I did. I pranced around in excitement when mommy and Diche (my human's sister) came home to show them how happy I was. All in all it was a really perfect day.
