Arrival Story:
My uncle and aunt adopted him with Rocky from a greyhound adoption agency. We don't believe he was treated as nicely as Rocky was. He is very timid around people he doesn't know. He did actually win a few races, but then, stopped winning, so they retired him.

Bio:
He came to us missing the tip of his ear and he still doesn't like his ears touched. Lots of people on the racetracks pinch greyhound's ears when they misbehave; we believe this led to that injury and his fear about his ears being touched. He escaped from us a while after we got him and was gone for 2 whole weeks. We put up fliers for him all over the place. After the 1st week, we thought he was dead for sure. But, somebody called after the 2nd week. My uncle rushed out and picked him up right away. He looked terrible when he got home. He was just skin and bones and he had been hit by a car. But we cleaned him up and got him eating, and he's almost back to his old self now. Just very afraid of cars now. :(
