he eats all sorts of food. top favorites would be cheese, lunch meat, beggin strips (bacon!) and all other people food (but chocolates & chicken bones, of course). he eats veggies & fruit too!

Best Tricks:
sit, down, roll over, chasing his tail and catching it in 1 try ;) we've been teaching him how to shake hands, no luck thus far.
Arrival Story:
we found this adorable, silly dog at petco through the adoption agency, A Forever Home. we held pepper in our arms and realized right then that he is the perfect dog for us. pepper is such a sweetheart! he can be a brat sometimes, but we know he just wants to spend time & play with us. he's like our shadow, follows us wherever we go :) we are forever grateful to have such a loyal buddy like him. and oh, he has a brother but sadly we couldn't get them both. i am sure that 'ham' (we were gonna name them ham & cheese) has also grown to be a great dog.
Bio:
we were told by the rescue folks that pepper is a german shepherd-collie mix but they are not sure. we don't see the collie in him. he's got more of a husky look. or beagle. maybe it's the ears. any ideas?
for now, we're listing him as a shepherd-beagle mix :)
