In 1982, while living in New York, I was made a gift of a pure-bred named Daisy Pumpkin Doolittle III. I was priviledged to have her for 13 years before she moved on to a higher place, and I never got over her. The person who literally gave her to me had lost his wife in an auto accident and the housekeeper for his two boys was beating herat 6 months old until my friend walked in to witness it. That's when I got her, in mint condition, cage, collar, food, etc., and eventually papers from the AKC. I am still looking for her lineage and any help you could give me would be appreciated...for I know nothing and the AKC was no help. My friend also had passed away, so now i AM DESPERATE FOR ANOTHER! Any suggestions?
