My new life.

Suzy is home!

Yesterday Suzy and her family came to Petsmart to finish her adoption papers and say hello. She looks great and loves her new family. They love her too and all are very happy. It felt good to see them all smailes.

Suzy adopted!

Tonight I took Suzy to her new home. A lady who had looked at her and spoke with my briefly on Sun. called and asked if she was still available. They lost a dog to brain seizures last summer and felt it time to fill the empty spot in their hearts and home by finding another dog. Suzy is just what they wanted. I hope this works out because they are very loving people. The mom stays home and they have a 17 yr old at home. Lots of hands to hold her and spoil her. She will sleep in the people bed just as she did her and will be the only pet so will get all the attention she deserves. I cried all the way home. I will miss her very much. I love her. Good luck Suzy. If it doesn't work out I will go get her in a flash.

I'm so tired.

I had such a busy day. Normal morning. Breakfast was good, played with my friends, took a sunbath. Just average stuff. After lunch mom dressed me in my dress-up coat and we went in the car to Petsmart. Lots of people and other dogs were there. I was scared and stayed close to mom. One of mom's friends held me for a while. She told mom that I am so sweet and she wished she could have another dog. Said she would like to take me home wit her! EEKS! I don't want to go home with any other peeps. I have a mom and dad and friends at MY house. I did like the attention I got. There were some older kids there and they all took turns petting me. That was nice for a while but then I got tired. I wanted to come home but we stayed on and on and on. When mom put my coat on I was so glad. I got home and told my friends what happened and then I took a long nap. I was so tired. I feel better now. Maybe I'll go back to Petsmart with mom again one day.
