Hi, Pauley here. My sister Carmella & I are new to Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue. Our mom & dad got a divorce – mom didn’t want us anymore and unfortunately, dad was not able to take us to his new apartment. We were so scared, confused and sad but the nice people at Blue Ridge took us in and we are now in a foster home with 6 other dogs. Mom says I’m a tall, gorgeous, flashy fawn boy who will melt some hearts. I am a silly, playful boy who loves a good game of tug o’ war so; you had better get in shape and lift some weights. I’m a good boy in the crate and don’t make any noise but I also like to sit on the couch and look out the window. I can sit and shake. I like people, children and other dogs that are not mean but I’m not sure about cats (I’ve never met any). The biggest thing I need to practice is walking on a leash – mom says I like to pull so we are working on that. I’m house-trained and crate-trained and like Kongs and Nylabones but, my absolute favorite thing is playing in the fenced yard with my sister. Carmella and I were from the same litter and we have grown up together so I love her so much and she is really the only family I have left so, we need to be adopted together. But, that is really a good thing b/c you would have 2 beautiful dogs that are well-behaved and already get along with each other. Wouldn’t it be great to have a pair of gorgeous boxers for Christmas? You had better hurry and get your application in because mom says I’m a handsome hunk of boxer man and my sister is a beautiful lady so we will not be around long.
