Back from the grandparents and moving again!!

I just got back from visiting my grandparents for nearly 3 months! My dad had to finish school and was away from home most of the week. So, I got to go to Chicago! I loved it there. I get to see all the little kids at recess and there is such a big yard for me to play in. But, it's also nice to be back with dad. I really missed him.
The weird thing about all this is that we didn't go back to the apartment. We went to a new house that I had never been in before. There were so many new smells I really didn't understand what was going on for awhile. It wasn't until we started getting ready for bed that I realized this was my new house!!! The next morning I got to explore more outside. I have a yard, all to myself! It's great, but I still have to be tied up. Dad says that the ground is too frozen to build a fence just yet. I think that this will be a great new adventure! Talk to you all soon!

Back with the Grandparents

Well, I am at my grandparents house in Lombard, IL now and will be here until dad gets out of school in May. It's not too bad though since I get to plat with my Aunt Kaitlyn and go on lots of walks. I also get to see all of the kids from school and church which is just awesome. My personal best is licking three kids in one second, but I hope to get better through practice.
My dad put this new collar on me awhile ago. I thought it was kinda annoying with this black box around my neck, but a few days later when I asked dad where he was going it shocked me! He says it's supposed to stop me from talking when I shouldn't. Well hey, I sit around the apartment for a few hours at a time, who wouldn't start talking to themselves or to the people I hear passing outside. But, I guess some of the old people think young guys should be seen and not heard. Well come on, I know I'm gorgeous but I'm more than just a pretty face! I need for people to get to know the true me! I guess dad thinks that withholding some of the "true me" is ok. So, I guess I will just stop talking whenever he is gone and maybe he'll end up taking it off. Hope all of you guys out there are doing well and enjoying the nice weather we have been having, well, at least in MN and IL. For all of you pretty ladies, I am writing as fast as my paws can hit the keys, but I will reply to your fan mail as soon as I can. Continue sending me letters (and pics ;-) and I will talk to you soon. God Bless You All.

It's my birthday..and stuff

Hey guys, sorry it's been awhile since I wrote to you all through here. My dad's been on the computer doing so much homework I haven't been able to kick him off. But, I just wanted to say hello to all of my friends here. I also wanted to remind everyone that IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!! Just in case you missed it. Unfortunately dad's at work now, but he says we will take a car ride when he gets back. I love car rides! Dad thinks I have too many toys as it is, but I bet I can make him give in once we get to the pet store :-) Maybe Kona will give me a birthday present! You can see pics of her on my home page. She's the cute little dachsund..not that I'm attracted to her or anything...she's just a friend...yeah, anyway. We have more of a love/hate relationship. But anyway, that is whole new diary entry.
We keep on getting a lot of snow in MN, which is really cool. I love snow! I would stay outside until I got hypothermia if my dad let me. My dad says that I will be staying with my grandparents for a few weeks while my dad goes to WA to see the rest of the family and to check out some hospitals. I think that will be fun! I haven't seen my aunt Kaitlyn in so long. I really miss her. It's always nice to roam around in a new place for awhile, but being without dad kinda scares me. New things are fun, but scary too. But, I am a big boy now, two years old. I think I can handle it....maybe. I just hope that I can sleep with aunt Kaitlyn if I get too scared at night. My grandma says she is going to take me on lots of walks. I love walks. Whenever I go to the pet store everyone says how fit and buff I look. So, I gotta keep it up...ya know, for the ladies. Well, that's it for now. Maybe I'll check back with everyone in a couple days. Hope you are all having fun in the snow!!
