Obi liked best curling up in Mama or Daddy's lap
Not being allowed on the coffee table, being told no, switching from wet to dry food
Bullseye or shredding cardboard
Charlee bear treats
Sedgewick County Park
No tricks yet, he just finished basic obedience school, he does the cutest little stretch crawl when he gets out of his crate or wakes up from a nap. He also spins when he gets really excited.
Found an ad in the paper for Toy Fox Terriers, we were looking for a Rat Terrier previous to that. My husband went to look at Obi and fell in love, I got home from work that day and I was in love too. Most people who meet Obi find him quite charming.
Obi is a fun loving little guy who likes chewing his toys and pant legs if he's allowed. He likes to run whenever possible in the backyard, the park or just around the kitchen and living room. He loves almost every person or dog he meets. His favorite toy is Bullseye the mascot of a certain retail chain. He likes spending time with his extended family, his Grandma's and his Aunt Jill. Obi thinks anyone who comes to the house is there to see him and he loves up anyone who comes to the door.

So Obi never lost his puppy fangs, so he had two sets right and left on the top and bottom. The vet I have been taking Obi to is very overpriced and wanted $655 to pull four teeth. I don't think it would cost me that much. I called the vet that neutered Obi and it cost $150 to have them pulled. He was given pain meds and antibiotics just like he would have at the other vet and I think I'm just going to Pet Haven from here on out. Obi was a champ today. He was good for the Vet and the techs, he was calm and adorable afterwards. He is pretty much back to business as usual, he is eating fine, actually he is eating better since he is not loving switching to dry food. I'm glad I can keep giving him the dry food, I want him to bend to my will for once. I hope this is the last time my sweet small boy will need anesthesia.

This Saturday was a big day for Obi. I held a Bridal shower for a friend from work, he got to meet a lot of people at once. He was intrigued by my friend's toddler's and babies. He unfortunatly thinks he can jump and play with children the same way he plays with adults. He knocked over and I think nipped one of the children and she was scared of him the rest of her time there. I probably should have kenneled Obi but, I love giving him the chance to socialize with lots of different people and dogs. He eventually calmed down, and I barely missed getting a photo of Obi and a baby sharing food off the same fork at the same time, it was buckets of cute.
After the shower I rushed to Petsmart to see Obi wear his little cap and get his basic puppy obedience school diploma. When I got there I was suprised to see Obi's Grandma(my mom) there with Obi and my husband. I'm glad I made it, Obi's Daddy was pretty peeved my friend's shower and Obi's graduation fell on the same day. Of course his name on the graduation diploma said "OBIE", I don't recall there being an Obie Wan Kenobie in Star Wars but whatever.
Its funny to me how Obi has quickly become my husband's little baby, he calls him "the boy" and gives him little kisses and tells him he loves Obi and it melts my heart. Obi had such a big day that as soon as he came in the door he went right to his little bed and fell right asleep. He slept most of the afternoon/evening.
