My First Walk with my New Family

New House

I know that I have been living with my Mommy & Daddy for only 4months but I really love my new family.

We bought a new house last month. We moved from our duplex to a 4level split with lots of house and lots of yard for my sister Seeka and me to play in. We started to move in on March 22........but because of all the stuff we had stored in the old place it is taking us a while to move everything. The main thing is we are sleeping in our new house/bedroom!

Mommy & Daddy are busy cleaning & painting the duplex (they own it) getting it ready for renters. They are tired almost every night but always find time to play with us and make sure they give us lots of lovin'

Well that's all for now. Hey I did a good job of typing......only had to correct things a couples of times........giggle!

My first walk

Wow, I had my first walk just after the snow and the cold weather (-40C) went away. Dad and my big sister kept forgetting that my legs are only 1/3 the length of Seeka's (my big sister). I had to run to try to keep up with them, but Mommy was slowing me down. I guess she was just looking out for me cause she didn't want me to get to tired out (or she would have to carry me the rest of way around our walk).

I'm not really use to wearing a halter and leash. I guess that is something that I'll just have to get use to having whenever we go for walks or car rides. Speaking of car rides.............I Love Them! I get to sit on Mommy's lap most of the time, but sometimes I get to sit in the back seat with Seeka. Whenever Daddy & Mommy leave us for a few minutes in the car, we both jump into the front seat. Seeka likes the driver's seat but I prefer seating in the passenger seat cause that is where Mommy sits.
