Arrival Story:
Laddie is a sweet 5-6-year-old fawn male who has been in rescue for awhile and would love to find his forever home. He loves kids and does great with them, but he should not go to a home with cats because he is too interested. He walks well on the leash and knows the commands: sit, paw, and stay. Laddie is a very easy-going, relaxed dog while at home, but he does have some separation anxiety and has shown signs of aggression towards other dogs. Because of this, it would be best for him to be placed in a home with no other dogs, and preferably with someone who is willing to work on his socialization skills. Laddie is heartworm positive and is undergoing treatment which should be complete in two months. Give Laddie a second chance to live as all dogs should: happy and well-loved
