Best Tricks:
He can do many. His best: play dead, roll, paws up, get slippers, find daddy!

Arrival Story:
After I lost my dear boy Simon, I never thought I'd be able to give my heart to another dog again. My partner Jim and I went to LA to look at a litter of wheatens. I decided that it wouldn't be a good idea. They all looked like little Simons. I've always been curious about scotties so the breeder's sister had a litter of scotties. We both took one look and loved what we saw. One week later, Judd came to us. We love him dearly.

Judd is very smart. We believe at the top of his class at Puppy Manners at the SPCA. He plays well with others. He is very affectionate and loving and loves to lick your face.

Hi Baby Judd here,
Well, it looks like I will be turning 3 next week! I wonder if Papa and Daddy know this. I wonder if they're going to get me any presents? I have a whole box of toys but I can always use some more!
I've been enjoying our new home. Daddy even installed a magic door so I can go outside into my backyard without even opening the big door. I have three beds too!
Sometimes I like to relax in the guest room but I always like to end the night back in our bedroom.
My friends still come and pick me up four days a week and we go for adventures. I am so proud of myself. I've really mellowed out and I haven't gotten into a fight in a long time! I want to make Papa and Daddy proud. I did have a slip and I bit the big new rhottweiller that just moved in on the nose. I could tell Daddy was not happy with me for that one.
And there is an evil black cat that lurks around our home. Daddy and Papa think they're so clever by spelling out c-a-t, but I know who they're talking about! I am constantly patrolling for it!
I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Keep cool!

Well baby Judd is 2 now. He's as big as a house. We've been in our new home for about 5 months now and Judd has plenty of room to run and play. He just recently started exhibiting some territorial stuff again, but we are on it and are going to nip it in the bud, so to speak!
Its been great combining our family together now. Jim and I are really enjoying our new home and baby Judd is now with both of us full time.
Well, off to Carmel for the weekend. This will be the second time we're going to take the baby on a trip. We all need some R & R! Carmel is apparently so dog friendly we are taking him to dinner with us and he has his own menu! Amazing!

Hi all,
Well, it's been a while, hasn't it? A lot has happened and Judd is growing up. He is approaching his second birthday. He has calmed down a lot. We went through a phase of some territorial aggression but thanks to some advice from our walker, we tried a remote controlled spray collar and it has changed our lives. More humane than the shock collar, the spray collar helps curb negative behavior and has adjustments so now, we just have to press the beep button and the negative behavior stops.
We also moved to a new house which has also helped him out a lot. He was walking around my old apt complex like he owned the place!
We think of Simon often and miss him a lot but time heals all wounds and we are doing much better.
We hope to add another member to our family in the future and adopt a sister for Judd...in time.
