   Leave a bone for Ginger

Nicknames:
Gingersnaps, Ginj, Ms.Lady, Gingerbread, Henhibra, Hinhear, Gingy, a whole lot more!

Quick Bio:
-mutt

Likes:
Ginger likes to lay around the house and sleep in a little ball. I think the main thing Ginger likes is to steal attention from any and everyone.

Pet-Peeves:
Ginger's pet peeves are when you forget her food is on the stove, do not rub her tummy, vacuum while she is asleep, wearing her booties on days she doesn't want to, and when company comes over and she has to go to the basement.

Favorite Toy:
Ginger's favorite toy is a stocking that is rolled up into a ball. Of all the expensive gifts she could receive she loves homemade gifts the most.

Favorite Food:
Ginger's favorite food is Alpo's canned meat meals. She can eat a half of a can in two minutes.

Favorite Walk:
Ginger's favorite walk is through any neighborhood, it doesn't matter!

Best Tricks:
Ginger's best tricks are walking to you on her hide legs or doing a spin in the air for her treats.

Arrival Story:
I became co-guardian of Ginger after I moved in with my Aunt and cousin. I just fell in love with Ginger the day that I saw her when she was two because she was the first white dog I ever saw and she was so friendly. Ginger also reminds me of my old dog I had before plus she has certain traits I just can't help but love to take care of.

Bio:
Her full name is Gingersnap Twilight Patterson-McKenzie and she is an eight year old Shelty Terrier. She is a mixed breed dog and came from a litter of six. Ginger loves to cuddle up next to me in winter time on the floor or lay in front of the fan taking up all the cool air in the summer. Ginger has such a wonderful personality that you just cannot help but to fall in love with her. She has been through some troublesome times in her life and that makes her extra protective and loving towards those who care for her. Ginger has the attitude of a real woman and we never call her a "dog".

My humans are weird

This weekend I saw as my humans packed up all their things that I lay beside and they all disappeared! Next thing I knew I was in the house with barely anything in it. Next thing that I know I had to go on a car ride sometime in the night and I didnt even know where I was going. The farthest I go out of the house is down the street or around the corners but I never traveled so far in a very long time. My humans say that it was just a short trip but I was so nervous it seemed like forever. I thought that my humans didnt love me anymore or something because when I arrived at their destination I did not know where we were. After I ran my human by the name of Pat around until I got inside they said "Look Ginger your home baby..." I did not know what they were talking about. All that night I stayed up waiting for them to take me back home but they didn't. I guess I have to adjust to this place they call my "home" but I do not like it. They still havent told me where the basement is (they say there is none but that is absurd) and that I have to use the restroom upstairs now! Can you believe that? Well I will try to write in my diary about my crazy humans later but for now I just home I get a treat for being in this strange place all day.
Chow,
Gingersnaps
