My new pictures show me getting out of our pool. Mom bought me a skamper ramp so I can get of the pool by myself. I kept going in circles, but mom kept turning me toward the ramp. I’m going to master it, I know I will.
You see I don’t like the pool or the tub. I mean I like the after affect when I turbo to dry off.
I got some courage up from a sweet pal of mine Sophie Rose. (thanks Sophie) See she was afraid of water to, but after some encouragement (I don't think she would say that) from her family she now likes to go in by herself. Well I am not quite there yet, but I will be soon enough. I hope!
I bet if I had a play pal I would master it a lot faster…….hint, hint Mom and Dad!
Until next time,

Mommy bought me a new toy today. See I have to stay in her bedroom for more then 8 hrs a day. I’m not locked up; I have all my toys, food and water. All I do is sleep, sleep, sleep. (As far as she knows that’s what I do.) When she gets home she takes me out to take care of business, then she starts dinner. Daddy gets home shortly after that and I get to go for my big walk. I can’t wait till he gets home because we get to go to the river and back again. Of course I really take care of business then. BOL I even get to meet some other doggies too. Oh yeah, back to the new toy. Today, I had so much fun with this toy I didn’t even want to go out for my walk. Daddy had to dragged me out, I did the important business, then I dragged daddy back in because I wanted to get back to this new toy of mine. It is so cool. It’s an orange tiger with a really long and annoying (says my human brother) squeaker and the tongue sticks out along with the tail when I chomp on it. So after dinner daddy tried to take me out again and he was dragging my down the street. I wouldn’t budge. BOL So mom said to let me come back in. I came in and went right for my new toy. I love it, so much its so pawsome. Well mommy took video of me playing with it when she first gave it to me. After dinner she uploaded for everyone to see. Check it out. Of course the squeaker was dead by then. You know our job as JRT’s is to kill the squeaker. I succeeded but I still love it. I heard mom and dad saying that they are going to buy more and save them because it occupies me so much.
Well pop pop left yesterday and mom is still a little sad. She hates being so far away from her daddy. (Even if she is in her 40’s) See he lives on the other side of the country in California. He came home and stayed with us for almost 2 weeks. He was funny, he kept trying to get me to say "I wuv u". BOL, it only worked when mom did it. (But mom still can't get it on tape) For days on end when I barked at pop pop to let me out, he would say I wuv u, I wuv u. Silly old man. I miss him though; he was my lap buddy for days. Mom had to work a few days while he was here and he kept me company. I miss him eating his snacks at night before bed, because I got what he dropped. He would always feed me a little of this and a little of that. Mom said he use to do the same with his own dogs and dogs she had throughout her childhood. Pop pop always had a funny look at night; it was like his whole face changed. Mom's giggling while writing this, she’s telling me it was because he took his teeth out. Now that was a site to see. BOL His voice would even change, sounding like a little person. My daddy always calls him poppa smurf. I don’t get it!!!
Well, we hope we didn’t miss too much at dogster while we had our company.
My sweet Bailey, sorry about the snow and the scary monster claw. I really wished I could have been playing in the snow with you. We got a mixture and it wasn't fun. I tried to walk up a small hill to do my business and I kept sliding down. Mom kept laughing at me. Can't wait until the your next adventure.
