Arrival Story: In March of 2008, my beloved Sheltie of 13 years, Cody, had to be put to sleep,because he was very ill, and we didn't want him to suffer anymore. Afterwards I was very heartbroken, and dreamed of the day when I would have another dog. While a year later, my mom gave me permission to have another dog. So I was looking everywhere around the area, for a small dog, and there were serveral rescues I was looking into. Well, at the same time, a co-worker of my best friend was looking for a home for this little "poodle" that belonged to a friend of hers, because he worked two jobs and didn't have the time for it. So my best friend told me about this little dog, and I was very interested in him. When I first met him, he was covered in mats, but a happy little dog, and I feel in love with him. And the rest is history.
Bio: At first, Ollie was mistaken for a poodle, we found out that he is most likely pure Bichon, thanks to the dog breed DNA test we did on him. Ever since I got him, he has become the center of my universe. He has an angel brother in Cody, my Sheltie, & first dog. He has another brother who is a 19 yr. old Cockatiel, named Cocky.
He has two cousins, in my sister's 2 Eskies, named Yukie & Shilo.

The Last Forum I Posted In: Mardi Gras 2010 - let's have some fun!
It's been raining here all day long, when Mama took me to the Groomers' this morning it was raining, when Ma came to pick me up it was raining, and when Ma took me out to go to the bathroom it was STILL raining. Plus, I'm not to fond of this new hairdo Ma is trying out on me. This hairdo makes me look like a POODLE, when I'm a BICHON!!! The worst part of it all, is that she had the guy shave my little beard off, because "I'm a little slob", but I like my little beard, and I feel weird without it. I know Ma & Grandma say that I look cute, and that my little beard will grow back in a couple of weeks, but I just don't know. I guess we just have to see...
YEAH!!! I'm soooo happy, my mommy came home today from doggiesitting my older cousins Yukie & Shilo. I'm glad that mommy came home today, because I missed her so much. It's not like I don't like to spend time with Grandma, it's just that I missed my mom so much. I was sooo happy to see her, that after she hugged me, I ran around the house telling her how excited I was to see her. Today was a great day.
