Happy holidays, everybody! It’s me, Blue, and I am super excited for my very first holiday season. My foster mom tells me that I am growing up so fast, but I still feel like a pup. For the last few weeks, I’ve been to the vet a couple times, but no worries, it wasn’t anything too serious. I had a little cough from being in the animal shelter, and a little bit of an upset tummy from driving all the way across the country and then being bounced between homes for a while. I am feeling lots better now though. I am all healed from my spay surgery, and there is one more thing my vet wants to take care of… Have you noticed how my eyes are red, and I have those tear stains on my face? That’s because my eyelashes scratch my eyes a little bit every time I blink. That can really bug a girl! My vet says it is called entropion, but she’s going to make it all better this week! I’m a little nervous, but really excited. I don’t like to cry all the time…
Things are really going well in my foster home. I have gotten used to my crate, and I almost have this potty training thing down pat! I love going for walks, and my foster dad tells me I am a better jogger than his grown up boxer, because I run right beside him and don’t pull so much. This family is great, but what I would like more than anything would be to have my very own home for the holidays! I am a super cuddle bug. After I play for a little bit, I like to get real cozy with my people, laying with my head on their lap. Don’t you want to cuddle with me this holiday season? I promise to keep you warm and be your bestest friend ever…
