Arrival Story:
Sheeba was handed in to a local vet who was told that the lady had found her wandering the streets and was unable to care for her. She was 8 weeks old. She was very lively and I soon realised that she needed a companion. When I found another pup, Kara, to keep her company the new pup unfortaunately had already contracted distemper, and despite our best efforts we were unable to save her. We were then told that we needed to get an older dog with a good vaccination record to keep Sheeba company as distemper would linger in the house for a year. We then ended up with Kim, and they lived happily together for nearly 11 years,

Bio:
In her later years Sheeba contracted Cushings, but with the help of our vets and aggressive drugs she lived on for another two years The end came when she got an attack of Bloat and it was considered kinder to help her to the Bridge.
