Arrival Story:
Another breeder I'd contacted in August 2009 referred me to a breeder in Sault Ste. Marie. Her dog had given birth to 12 [!] puppies so instead of having to wait 6-12 months (with another breeder), we drove 9 hours to get Fergus in December 2009.

Bio:
Fergus fits the wheaten terrier stereotype to the T: loves to dig - alarm barks when someone comes to the door but desperately wants to show his love when they enter - has zoomies/mad dashes - everyone's a friend he hasn't met yet - is happy, affectionate, and carefree - very eager to learn new things (when food is involved) - can be stubborn and independent - loves to carry sticks while on walks
