On 08.07.2011, I lost the only sister that I ever knew. She was patient with me when I was a pup, and patient with me as I grew older and bigger. I miss her very much, but now I need to help my humans get through this - she would have wanted that.
As luck would have it, my humans brought home a new dog for me home 11.28.2011. We spent the first few day establishing the guidelines between us - it didn't take long to come to an understanding between us that the only thing we needed to agree on was not to bother one another when we are eating. That sounds fair enough. She, Piper, is one feisty little cuss, but I tell you what - she is a little dog but keeps me on my toes. I think we make an excellent pair of sisters. She loves to play, and sometimes I can join in. But, more often than I wish I have to watch play with her toys, and finish eating up the raw hides I start for her. Even sharing some cooked carrots (she tried to eat raw ones with me but they didn't exactly agree with her, but the humans showed us how much better canned carrots were). We make a good pair!
