Arrival Story:
Muffin had followed someone I knew home while out jogging. He had no collar, no tags, and after the person waiting two weeks for newspaper ad responses, notices at the shelters, etc., I became Muffins new guardian. At that time he was about 2 years old.

Bio:
Muffin was a fun loving, adventurous dog, a very beautiful boy, in appearance and especially in spirit. The sweetness that was the essense of who he was will always be his best trait. He put up a tough fight against Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia and had 18 quality months after being diagnosed, which included coming on a friends boat and swimming every time he could. Sadly, the medication that saved his life for a while, destroyed his bladder, and he went to the Bridge where he now waits for all who loved him.

Feeling blue....
A good, good friend asked me to put Blue's info in my diary, and what better way to start a diary than to do this. I lost my way once when I was young....had no tag, no microchip (this way way long ago) and no idea how
I got lost or what happened to my people. I followed a nice guy who was out jogging, and he and his family tried to find my owners. They called all the shelters, put up posters, advertised in the paper....and not one call or response.
Enter my mom. She was the visiting nurse to the guys mom....she saw me and fell in love. The guy couldn't keep me cuz they had three dogs and a sick grandma, so when no one claimed me, after a few weeks, Mom took me home.

Blue is microchipped....if anyone finds him they can get him checked and get him home to his people. If by change you know anyone who might have seen Blue, please contact his people. Not all the lost dogs turn out as blessed as I did.
Love you all, Muffin.
