Arrival Story:
I was working at a local SPCA when a co-worker came walking in with a red Dachshund. I came running over screaming is he ours? And he was like Yes. I was so excited. My husband who is a huge Dachshund fan has been wanting a Dachshund for the past 3 years. So as soon as my boss came in I asked her as soon he became the shelters if i could adopt him. Of course no 1 came forward and said they owned this cute little guy. So as soon as he became the shelters my husband went in and met him. It was love at first sight. The next step was for him to get his rabies shot and to get neutered. As soon as he had his rabies shot i took my 2 border collies in to meet him. They loved him, he loved him. He was neutered about 4 days later. He came home with me the day after.

Bio:
Cooper is a very stubborn little guy. He doesn't HATES going out side when its dark out (not sure why)! He HATES to go out when its snowing, raining, storming out! He loves to curl up in a big comfy blanket and pass out. He loves to sleep with me on our bed. Right by myside under the blankets.
